Suitable for wind turbine yaw passive brake friction plates, including technical requirements in terms of performance, testing, and inspection. The design of the friction material formula should fully consider the actual operating conditions and demands of the wind turbine (e.g., the uncontrollability and randomness of the wind, with instantaneous changes sometimes exceeding 10m/s). The brake operates under unstable load conditions, where the braked part may experience shaking and vibrations due to changes in wind speed. Additionally, the impact of frequent turbine cut-ins and cut-outs on the friction plate must also be taken into account.
