Active friction pad

Suitable for wind turbine yaw active brake friction plates.  

The friction material formula design should fully consider the actual operating conditions and requirements of the wind turbine (such as the uncontrollability and randomness of the wind, with instantaneous changes sometimes exceeding 10m/s). The brake operates under unstable load conditions, where the braked part may experience shaking and vibrations due to changes in wind speed. Additionally, the impact of frequent turbine cut-ins and cut-outs on the friction plate must also be considered.
