Active friction pad

Suitable for wind turbine yaw active brake friction plates. The design of the friction material formula should fully consider the actual working conditions and needs of the wind turbine (e.g., the uncontrollable, random nature of the wind, with instantaneous changes sometimes exceeding 10m/s). The brake operates under unstable load conditions, where the braked part may experience shaking and vibration due to wind speed variations. Additionally, the frequent start and stop cycles of the turbine must be considered in relation to the friction plate's wear.

Yaw Residual Pressure : 20-40bar.
